  2. Review: CryptoSigy Editorial Desk verifies the claim against source data, exchange feeds, or primary documents.
  3. Decision:
    • Material correction: Factual error, broken source link, misleading risk language, or stale data โ†’ corrected immediately and logged below.
    • Clarification: Ambiguous but not factually wrong โ†’ updated with clearer language, logged as a minor update.
    • No action: Claim is accurate or represents opinion clearly labeled as such โ†’ reporter notified.
  4. Publication: Corrected page is updated with a new review date. Material corrections appear in the log below.
